We pay you between N20,000- N35,000 weekly on your car depending on whether you sign up for rental or hire purchase plan
For rental plan, we handle minor repairs and maintenance on your car. However, for major mechanical works such as body work, tyre change, engine works and the likes, we call the attention of the car owner. For hire purchase, the driver becomes liable for all expenses.
If rental plan, we go ahead and handle the expenses on your car and deduct later when the car start making money. For hire purchase plan, the driver is absolutely responsible for repairs.
Yes. We have a limited warranty for all cars under our fleet for minor repairs. However this is secondary to the auto insurance your car comes with.
Our drivers are properly vetted and that includes address verification and security. Due to the long hours of their work, they may not be able to always bring the car to us or to your home. But be rest assured that your cars are safe.
Yes we do. But you can still call in your own mechanic if you want. Our mechanic partners are the best in the industry
It’s advisable to have a comprehensive insurance for this kind of business. We have done our best to ensure that your car is safe under our care but you too have a responsibility to further secure your car either by installing a tracker or by a comprehensive insurance cover.
There are 3 services packages clients can choose from:
REGULAR PLAN: N20,000
This covers for Driver Finder fees (N10,000), Inspection fees on Uber/Taxify if your car is yet to be inspected (N4,000), Cost of Fuel to commence operation.
GOLD PACKAGE: N50,000
This plan covers for everything in regular and installation of car tracker for real time tracking of the vehicle by clients.
HIRE PURCHASE PLAN: N10,000
This plan gets you a verified driver that will make a down payment on the car and enter a special hire purchase agreement with you.
Not necessary. We manage your drivers on your behalf except you subscribe to the Do It Yourself service package
This is unlikely. But if it does happen for any reason as have been highlighted in the Terms and Conditions page, you will be notified immediately.

We pay every Tuesday of the week through your designated bank account.
For Hire Purchase Plan, to keep monthly payments low without locking you in to a long-term contract, every car you get through Pukena requires a Start Payment. It’s an upfront fee, based on the value of each vehicle and due at signing to drive away.
Yes. Pukena’s 3-Day No Risk Return policy gives you up to 3 days and 100 miles after signing to bring your car back for a full refund of your Start Payment and First Payment, as long as the vehicle is in good condition.
Beyond 3 days or 100 miles, your Start Payment becomes non-refundable and recurring payments will be prorated.
Your first monthly payment is generally due after the first week of commencement of the contract
The refundable deposit is a security deposit that will be charged to your payment method before picking up your car. It will carry over if you stay in the same car by extending, until you return it.
When you return your car, your deposit may be applied to any amounts owed to Fair, which can include past payments, damage or gas charges. Pukena will email you a final bill showing the amount that will be refunded or any final charges outstanding. If you get a new car, you will need to submit a new security deposit.
